You can request additional space, power, or connectivity at any time through a ticket. To colocate any new server, just place an order and our support team will work alongside you to ensure your individual needs are met.
No! All of our colocation services are automatically on a month-to-month basis. You can request a specific contract to meet your businesses individual needs or requirements, such as those for business compliance. You can colocate with a yearly agreement, paying yearly, which allows you to save money with colocation!
Absolutely. We utilize a diverse list of upstreams to ensure your always connected, even in the event of an attack targeted towards you or another customer. This is provided at no additional cost to you.
Some point during your colocation venture, you might need remote hands. This service is utilized anytime our support team has to complete in-person tasks for you. This could be adding a hard drive or more RAM, or adding another network card. This is only done at your request, usually when your ship in additional equipment. Server reboots are not remote hands, and are free of charge.
We accept major credit cards and cryptocurrency. For colocation services, we prefer ACH payments, which can be setup through a ticket with our billing team. For higher grade colocation services, any credit card payment may result in a non-negotiable processing fee. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy, which is available here.
